Your information
The contact form stores your name, email address, selected department and message in the staff inbox. Only authorized staff can view messages for their department. Please avoid submitting sensitive personal information. City staff should confirm privacy and record retention policies before public launch.
Email alert subscriptions
Email signup stores your email address, selected categories and confirmation status privately. The city uses Brevo to send signup confirmations and announcements you subscribe to. Each announcement email includes an unsubscribe link. Only master administrators can view subscriber addresses; department staff can send only their own department’s alerts. Unsubscribing stops future announcement emails.
Staff sign-in
Staff administration uses a password-protected account and a temporary session cookie. The cookie is used to protect forms and keep authorized staff signed in.
